I'm glad to hear about the loss, and the extra movement. The incoming fall has certainly had the power to kick our butts into gear. I think at least part of the summer was exhaustion of maintaining, maintaining, and more maintaining. We don't think it could be so simple, yet we're not batteries that just keep going and going and going. There has to be breaking points and downtime and slipups to reaffirm what we truly want.

I did the pilates dvd today, and I've kept it up for a while (expect for the past Sat and Sun when I was getting in enough activity through the day). I'm thinking about making a workout routine of the pilates dvd in combination with the Level 1 20-minute Jillian workouts, based off that Jillian workout schedule from ages ago. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know, all the time you inspire me. I always admire how you can help me and tell me what I need to hear no matter the situation. How you look and treat your body good and take care of yourself is fierce! I'm always proud to be seen out with you so that I can show my mom off and brag how fine you look. The strength and willpower you hold to achieve success over weight and food issues for years, I cannot give you enough credit to ever amount enough to one moment of the journey you have undergone. You never cease to impress me with the activities and tasks you engage in and all that you accomplish each day. I don't know how you get it all done, you are a powerhouse. I hope one day to be able to chat with friends and random people in the way you do to help them feel good and at ease.
