This is my year

I haven't been on this site for awhile so I thought I should update. My goals are still the same and I'm still determined to achieve them. The last time I had any real success was two years ago. I was tracking my food every day and that seemed to work. So, I'm going to start tracking again tomorrow (Sun. May 29). I'm never giving up on my weight loss goals and maybe one day I will achieve them. Maybe this year!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose between 60 and 70 lbs. and then to keep it off for the rest of my life.

I also want to get fit enough to be a able to hike in the mountains again and just have more fun!!! I've also always wanted to learn how to dance!!!

My Program:
For now I'm going to start out simple - something I can stick to. This will be getting some exercise every day, drinking 8 glasses of water daily, eating to lose and staying positive.

Personal Information:
I am divorced and have my own cute little house where I live with my cat. She is a tabby and so cute - I just love her to death. I have been doing terrible with my weight lately but I am now hooked up to the web again and am going to start again. Tomorrow I start tracking my food again every day. I'm also going to post motivational signs all over the house and set some short term goals that I can achieve right away.

Hi Pam, Nice hearing from you again. I just got home again, and have not turned the comp. on until today. We love the bikes. We have used them everyday out camping. All of our friends now want to get some bikes too. lol
Glad to hear you are loosing weight. I am too, but it is very slowly. Take care.

Hi Pam, Just checking in to see how you have been doing with the sugar reduction in your diet? Hopefully you are doing well.
I have really started to watch my food intake again. We bought electric assist bikes, and I know I am really too heavy for it , so to be on the safer side, I know I need to lose more to ride it without strain on the tires. lol I have ridden it a short distance, but this is my goal to loose the weight. DH wants to use his more often and I would like to be able to join him on the trails.
