Quick Brown Foxx Jumps Over The Lazy Dog

I'm Jaime and my middle name is Foxx. Yes, you heard right. Jaime Foxx. I am ready to push my lazy dog habits out the window, and start living as the quick fox that I am!

I'm tired of being the fat girl, and am making changes!

By tracking my calories and fitness, I am gradually building better eating habits and actually starting o enjoy working out. I am an emotional eater, a bored eater, an over-eater... I'm trying to focus on portion control and getting the RIGHT ...

By tracking my calories and fitness, I am gradually building better eating habits and actually starting o enjoy working out. I am an emotional eater, a bored eater, an over-eater... I'm trying to focus on portion control and getting the RIGHT kind of foods.

I was finally ready to make some changes when I finished my graduate studies and "had time." (Of course I could have had time when I was in school, but I was too dumb to realize it then!) A lot of people on here are losing the weight and getting fit for a wedding or a pregnancy, and you can say I am too. I'm doing it for all those things... I'm doing it for LIFE! I want to lose this extra person BEFORE I'm thinking about a wedding or a baby. I want to have these habits ingrained so I can really enjoy life to the fullest.

My journey started on 2/4/11 and I am working towards losing 136 ultimately! It's a big step, and I'm ready to take it one day at a time. It took 27 years to get up to my starting weight, so I can't expect it to go away in a matter of days...no matter how many episodes I see of "Heavy" and "I Used to be Fat!"

I ran across your page and it is awesome! Im trying to get motivated to lose 100 lbs but it is so difficult, after a long day at work the last thing I want to do is work out! Hopefully adding lots of friends on sparkpeople will help motivate my butt!
