My Goals:
I want to get back into shape so that I can more fully enjoy my home... and look awesome for myself ... and the hubby too.

My Program:
Pedaling a lot... Rolling terrain in my neck of the woods, and slowly but surely, I am getting stronger, able to go further, harder, and am finally dropping poundage.

Personal Information:
Moved in 2007 from a suburb to an 20-acre farm. Found that I was more out of shape than I thought. Want to fix that... and look great too.
Married to the guy of my dreams for 17 years... 2 wonderful, active kids.
