I am on a low carbohydrate, high fiber meal plan, I am not going to call it a diet because this is a lifestyle change.

In my spear time, i like to read and my favorite author is John Grisham, my favorite foods are Pizza and Mexican foods, I also like to Knit and Crochet. My husband and I also have a garden that we farm year round.
