I haven't seen you around. I hope you are doing okay. Your running program sounds great. Are you logging your food on the tracker? That'll really help with showing you what you are doing. emoticon

Hi I'm here for you!! OK with eatting . NEVER go below 1200 calories a day-not above 1500 for weightloss. EAT complex carbs & lean meats up your fiber intake & get your water too.STOP all white flour & sugars! SODA!! . YES you will be where I am . Be committed & be CONSISTANT.. YOU can do it!!
