Mommy getting the foxy back ;)

I have been slacking for the past 6 months and have recently made an effort to get back at the gym and I am loving it. I feel so much better and while I haven't weighed myself in over a week I am simply SOO happy that I am feeling better and the rest will come!! :D

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 15 pounds but ultimately feel better and tap into some more energy!!

My Program:
I go to the gym 4 days a week. I am doing a ton of cardio followed by either an upper body or lower body workout alternating. I like to mix the workouts up quite a bit so that me and my muscles don't get bored! I also go for walks whenever possible with my kids!! :)

Personal Information:
I'm a 28 year0old stay at home mom to two kiddos. We live in beautiful British Columbia, Canada with my husband.

Other Information:
