My weight loss journey

I first found spark people in January of 2009. I weighed just over 190 and was struggling to lose. Every diet I had tried in the past resulted in me gaining weight but with the help of spark people I managed to lose over 30 lbs. as of May 2009 I was down to 154 lbs a a size 14. But then I hit a platue and gave up. Within two years was back up to 185lbs. In August of this year I decided it was time to get serious about weight loss again.
