I want to be healthy and at the same time look not my age. Younger is a good thing but so is being let's say more 40,50,60,70 80 and even 90ish. A good diet and excerise is i think the key. I have a fast metabolism so i have a hard time gaining wieght.. i know i know this site is mostly for people who want to lose wieght but i'm here to tell you being model type is not all that. i think if you're happy and healthy and take care of yourself that is all you need. Like i said diet,exercise and plenty of sleep will take you a long way. i realize it may be hard in this day and time but you have to somehow make time....

My Goals:
I would like to someday compete in a 5k run or even a 10k .. i also would like to have more energy but not sure what foods to eat and not eat. Don''t want to be slugglish all day because i hate wasting a day not doing nothing... Want to be productive. i''m more of a morning person you might say. So early to rise early well not so early to bed is what i like to do.


My Program:
Well i''m trying to drink more water, sleep at least 7 hours, eat healthier and go to the gym at least 3 times a week.. Like i said i''m trying ..for the most part i''m doing O.K but colder weather is coming and i may slack off a bit but i will just have to stay focused.. Wish me luck i have a few months to train for the 5k in the spring of 07

Other Information:
I enjoy the outdoors especially early mornings and what i like best is dew on the lawn.. Crazy huh well anyways i enjoy golf and what i do for my own personal therapy is work outside in the yard. i really enjoy that..... If you haven''t tried working in the yard for stress relief try it.. It works....
