Sick and Tired of being FAT!

Not only do I not feel attractive but I have some of the health negatives that come with being overweight. I have a hard time breathing, my knees hurt when I stand or walk to long, I am noticing that my feet point out when I walk, my back hurts when I lie flat... Needless to say I am disgusted in what I have become.

My Goals:
I WOULD LOVE to be down to 165 by summer. That means I have to lose 10 pounds per month from here on out. Totally do-able!!!
*15 pounds: buy new water bottle and $20 worth of itunes songs for ipod. start weight training and work out routine p.t set up.
*25 pounds: workout clothes and start zumba classes
*35 pounds: pedicure and start pilates classes
*45 pounds: new swimming suit and start swimming laps 3 days a week
*55 pounds: $50 itunes card and start couch to 5k program along with self-defense classes
*65 pounds: Buy a dress, get all dolled up and go on a date with my hubby, start running every morning at least 30 minutes
*75 pounds:
Family weekend vacation to the hot springs and add start training for marathon along with doing p90x series
*95 pounds gone: new wardrobe and enter and run first marathon
*Goal: Day spa with mom and buy a boat for the lake!!!

My Program:
I have eliminated all gluten, sugar, processed foods and dairy from my diet.

Right now I am running on 0 carbs. Until my body gets used to it and my energy levels go up I plan to just do as much as I can around the house and walk as much when shopping as possible. Once I am past that level I plan to hit the gym on a daily basis.

Personal Information:
I am a very happily married mom of 4. I am lucky enough to live in the beautiful state of Montana.
