Sick and Tired of being FAT!

I was average size most of my life until I had children. I gained about 50 pounds after having my second child. I worked my butt off and lost it all by the time she was 2. I then met the man of my dreams and was married and 10 months later had my 3rd child. I guess I got comfortable and lazy and from then to now (she is 8 years old) I gained way too many pounds. Not only do I not feel attractive but I have some of the health negatives that come with being overweight. I have a hard time ...

Not only do I not feel attractive but I have some of the health negatives that come with being overweight. I have a hard time breathing, my knees hurt when I stand or walk to long, I am noticing that my feet point out when I walk, my back hurts when I lie flat... Needless to say I am disgusted in what I have become.

Thanks for adding me. :) I too fell off the bandwagon in a big way this year. I lost 20 pounds in 2009, only to gain 30 back this year. But I'm determined to make permanent changes this time and get stronger and healthier.

We can do it! emoticon
