Thanks for adding me. :) I too fell off the bandwagon in a big way this year. I lost 20 pounds in 2009, only to gain 30 back this year. But I'm determined to make permanent changes this time and get stronger and healthier.
1. Start small 2. Get it on paper 3. Focus on everyday habits 4. Always see your goal 5. Be consistent 6. Never stop learning 7. Come out of seclusion 8. Allow for setbacks 9. Trust your plan 10. Have fun!!!
