I find that when I try to do too much at a time, I get overwhelmed and then do nothing at all. I'm trying the baby steps now, hoping it will help me stay motivated.

Glad you read my blog! Thanks so much for the comment. Ironically, it was through spark people that I "met" another member who had surgery...it encouraged me to seek additional treatment and I went through with the procedure this past February. Still making progress, but I'm much better off than I was when it first started. Definitely be patient with yourself and seek several opinions, differing doctors have different viewpoints.
