Goals are to loose 2# per week, learn how to feed my body and get and stay healthy.
Learn ways to exercise that fit my life and my body. Become more flexible.
Stay in prescribed calorie range while enjoying lots of fruits and vegetables. Keep fat intake to 30% or less of my calories. Eat only on purpose with a purpose in mind. Look for opportunities to live a healthier life.

Thank you for the comment on Fred's photo, he is like a member of the family. As a matter of a fact, I am turtle sitting right now while he is getting his habitat cleaned. He is being bad, I think I might have to put him in time out, he's trying to get out of his holding container.
The mime ministry is such a great buncy of youth and young adults. My daughter is a part of almost all the ministries we have at church, she'll be 21 September 25, boy how they grow. Thank you for noticing the photo.
