Goals are to loose 2# per week, learn how to feed my body and get and stay healthy.
Learn ways to exercise that fit my life and my body. Become more flexible.
Stay in prescribed calorie range while enjoying lots of fruits and vegetables. Keep fat intake to 30% or less of my calories. Eat only on purpose with a purpose in mind. Look for opportunities to live a healthier life.

Jake rode pitifully slow on his bike while I ran. Very sweet for him to do that...I just wish he would not talk quite so much...when I was really labouring he seemed to get really chatty and then start asking questions that I had no breath with which to answer him. Hee hee....I created a sweet little talkative monster!!
IT's MONDAY, MONDAY, MONDAAAAAY!! I weighed in...looks promising, but I know all about this weight loss game... could be water weight, coming off my period weight (that's prob H2O weight)...."Haha, just kidding" weight.... GOing to the gym in a few...I do better if I workout with others...that on my own stuff is too hard for me. Let's do it....I want to be SVELTT!!
