My Goals:
Right now, I just want to stick to a program. I want to try hard and know that I can do this. I want to stay in my calorie range and exercise 6 days a week. I want to stop eating in front of the tv, and find a different person inside me!
My Program:
Eating healthy and clean, but allowing myself a small treat every day. Remind myself that food will not fill any void in my life, and if I want to see change, I have to BE change!
Personal Information:
I am originally from Spokane, Washington but I currently live in Colorado. However I will be moving back to Texas in a few weeks. I am an Army wife, with one beautiful little girl who makes me smile every day. I am also a Cosmetologist, but I haven't worked outside of the home since my daughter was born. That will all be changing in a few short months, when my daughter starts school.
