Time for Success

As of 2013-05-01 I'm back. I had great success losing 20lbs in 2010 & kept it off for a year, however I started to let my guard down & the pounds are creeping back. SO time to lose those again & finish what I started!!!

My Goals:
My main goal is to be in the healthy BMI range, so I need to lose 16 lbs to get there. I have to start drinking my 8 glasses of water a day & exercising consistently, so daily.
I'm going to hike The West Coast Trail.

My Program:
I will follow the upper limit calorie recommendations . I will weight train 2 times a week, do yoga 2 times a week & walk (or snowshoe) 5 times a week. I will write down all I eat, preferably on Spark (or my notebook). I will note positives in each day.

Personal Information:
I live in Central Alberta, in Canada. I'm an RN. I have 3 lovely ?adult? children & a wonderful hubby. I live on a hobby farm with sheep, ducks, chickens, 3 dogs & 1 senior cat. I love to garden, hike, kayak, & snow shoe. And yes I'm into green, colour & lifestyle.

Other Information:
I grew up in England, and moved to Canada as a teen.
I'm interested in outdoor pursuits, health, cooking from scratch & preserving our environment.
