    Thanks for the comment on my blog! I know that I won't be running the Half; if I can run/walk it, I will. If I can walk it, I will. If I can't do either, I won't and I'll have to live with it. At least stress fractures generally heal relatively quickly, completely and without complications. Unlike tendon injuries which have a nasty habit of hanging around for way too long.

    As for why? Probably a combination of my ramping my distance back in early December after coming off a round of Insanity where I had cut back my distance quite a bit combined with a really good bashing on a stool in the middle of the night in early December - I ended up with a pretty nasty bruise right where the fracture is now. I've had quite a few people who have been running for a long time comment that my stride looks good, but I've been thinking that getting a stride analysis done wouldn't be a bad idea...

    Thanks for the comment on my blog! I used to get so sleepy on Xyzal and then I started taking only half of it at a time and it REALLY helped! So excited for Princess! emoticon
