Making small changes that I can stick to. Small changes add up, you know?

I've started drinking more water, incorporating more fruits and veggies, and trying my best to create a balanced meal plan.

I ALWAYS track my food...this is something I will never give up, as it works so well for me!

Right now I'm working on establishing a workout routine.
