Just a note to anyone who may be checking out my food tracker: If I eat the same thing twice in one day, to save time I'll just increase the portion where I had it earlier. So if it looks like I had 4 tbls. of parmesan cheese with my eggs for breakfast I probably didn't!
Welcome to the 50+ Females. Congratulations on your weight loss journey. I am 55 years old and I recently lost 120 lbs. It was not easy at times, but donít give up. I still have another 45 lbs to lose. I have not lost any weight in the last few weeks. Good luck on your weight loss journey.
