I'd just like to welcome you back and say "good job for coming back" The easy thing to do is walk away and stay away. You've made a great first step in coming back. I've only been a member for a short time but I have found logging in daily keeps me focused and in tuned to what I eat and how little I actually exercise. I saw your comment about having some troubles loosing recently. This is a day to day battle we are in. The best weapons are a constant positive attitude (tough some days), and tracking every bite you put in your mouth, and physical activity of some kind! You probably already know all that, but your need remind yourself daily of where this journey is taking you.
I have a l-o-t of weight to loose. In the past nine months I have lost 45 lbs. Still have a long way to go, but I know I can do it, and I am not in a hurry!
