Hello! My name is Abi and I am a mother of 2. My doctor has told me that I most likely have endometriosis and I am now trying to combat that through diet and nutrition before she decides to give me shots of Lupron. WHoo-Hoo. Hopefully I will see results within the next 3 months.

Looks like we both haven't logged for a couple days. This weekend was hell for me in terms of dieting... but I still got quite a bit of physical activity. How about you? I logged today's food but was super lazy all day. Maybe we should have a sort of checks and balance system in place? Even if we don't see each other, I think we should call or text every 3 days and report on any problems or success. Anyways, keep up the good work!
