My Goals:
LONG TERM GOALS 1. Weigh 199 by July 2013. 2. Control my blood sugar completely by diet. 3. Improve my time management to include "Me" time. SHORT TERM GOALS 1. Lose 1-2 lbs a week. 2. Make weekly meal plans and do shopping accordingly. 3. Visit & inspire on spark teams daily.
My Program:
1. Complete my nutrition & fitness tracker daily. 2. Workout at least 6 times a week. 3. Use my Wii Fit at least 3 times a week. 4. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. 5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. 6. Eat 5-7 fruits & vegetables a day.
Personal Information:
I live in northeast Ohio on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie with my hubby of 26 years. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren that keep me busy!
Other Information:
I like anything Disney, scrapbooking, and spending time with my family. We are avid Cleveland Browns, Cavs and Indians fans.
