Thanks for your complimentary comment on my Spark page. It's amazing what happens to the firmness of a body when one cuts back on exercise! I've become a bit more "fluffy" lately, but haven't lost my confidence in my ability to get to my goal some day!
As far as adding more veggies, that's always a challenge for me too. I do love soup, and like to make chicken vegetable. I also enjoy black beans and have tried various recipes using them (taco soup for example). Soup makes a nice, filling lunch. Also, try adding a veggie to your breakfast ~ like mushrooms/broccoli in a scrambled egg. Yum! Check out Spark's veggie recipes! Hope that helps!
