This time is it... Slow and steady wins the race. I know what happens when you go back to what you were doing. The backslide sucks. Just jump back on the horse. It is a LIFESTYLE change. I don't want to feel like crap anymore. Just do it. One day at a time. One meal at a time.

My Goals:

My Program:
Right now I am beginning to do "The Six Week Body Makeover" by Michael Thurmond again. It won't be do 6 weeks and then stop either. lol... It is a very good plan if you do the work you have to do to be on it. I like the idea of "clean eating" and I did have great results. Then I succumbed to "one bite won't hurt". Well, it DID hurt.

Yes, Houma is rare! I've searched and apparently I'm the only person on Facebook that lists it as their home town. I was born there and lived there until I was about 12. Then we lived in Abita Springs for 3 years, and then Canada for 2, then Houston, and I'm in Canada again working on going back to Houston.

I move around lol

Hi there - thanks for your comment on my page. I can so relate with the lifestyle thing as opposed to a "diet" and I am SO anti-diet...the word diet only is a word that describes what you normally eat anyways. My rule of thumb is to not do ANYTHING regarding my diet or exercise, that I cannot do forever...so I set my goals very small to begin with regarding exercise especially...my first goal was 10 minutes a day back in January. For the first time in my life, I can eat a piece of chocolate cake and the next day go back to my normal diet and not have it spin me out of control! I hope that for you as well!
