This time is it... Slow and steady wins the race. I know what happens when you go back to what you were doing. The backslide sucks. Just jump back on the horse. It is a LIFESTYLE change. I don't want to feel like crap anymore. Just do it. One day at a time. One meal at a time.

My Program:
Right now I am beginning to do "The Six Week Body Makeover" by Michael Thurmond again. It won't be do 6 weeks and then stop either. lol... It is a very good plan if you do the work you have to do to be on it. I like the idea of "clean eating" and I did have great results. Then I succumbed to "one bite won't hurt". Well, it DID hurt.

Hi there - it was great to hear from you! The Beck book is the best
thing I've read on the subject of weight loss. It's so practical.

Keep at this no matter what - whether that scale is moving down
or not, making true changes in your habits always pays off in the
end. You've got what it takes to make this happen - you can do it!!!
