Starting and maintaining an exercise program. Moderation in eating and incorporating more fruits and veggies in my diet. I want to lose 1-2 pounds a week.
I live in San Diego and have been here for 27 years now. I have a teenage boy who definitely keeps me busy, but that's good! I am one of those people who lives to eat, so I am incorporating better food choices and portion control for my son and myself.
I love to read, especially murder mysteries. My lifetime goal is to be able to go to Italy for two or three months and travel all around.
Too many people confine their exercise to jumping to conclusions, running up bills, stretching the truth, bending over backwards, lying down on the job, sidestepping responsibility and pushing their luck.
