Healthy Living
It has been a few years since I've been on Spark. Still staying in my ideal weight range but I have been slowly creeping toward the high side and want to get back to the low side. I will continue to focus on making healthy choices. Lots of water, more vegetables, less junk food. My personal challenge is to run 1000 miles this year. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

My Goals:
I am going to eat healthier. Which means little to no junk food. I'm going to get at least 5 fruits and veggies a day, if not more. I'm also cutting out diet soda, water is better for you anyway!
My Program:
So here is what I'm doing: I walk everywhere that I can. Instead of calling someone - walk to their office. Instead of driving a mile to pick up my son, walk there. Run at least 3 times a week. Weight training 2 times a week
Personal Information:
I'm married to a great guy and we have an awesome son. We live in the Bahamas on the beach.
