    I recommend you track everything you eat/drink. If you gain over the course of a couple of weeks, lower your intake. The counter will assist you to know how much (maintain a 500 calorie deficit each day and you should drop about a pound a week, for example).

    I have tracked my in take and it is about 1800, It is funny how I know what I should do but I have to have somebody remind me. My first goal is not having a glass or 2 of wine. Thanks for writing back Kathy
