I have always been pretty active, and then in 08 was in a bad car accident, for almost 3 years all I could do was swim, Now I am trying to get back and I am finding its alot harder to see results! Not sure if its being in my 50s the extra weight is in my stomach which it was never ther before.

I recommend you track everything you eat/drink. If you gain over the course of a couple of weeks, lower your intake. The counter will assist you to know how much (maintain a 500 calorie deficit each day and you should drop about a pound a week, for example).

Good luck

I have tracked my in take and it is about 1800, It is funny how I know what I should do but I have to have somebody remind me. My first goal is not having a glass or 2 of wine. Thanks for writing back Kathy
