My short-term goals are to lose 10% of my starting weight (35 pounds) by moving more and eating quality food, get 7 hours of sleep a night and spend quality time with my sons and family.

Progress towards 10%:
1/8/2014: 7 pounds lost, 28 to go!

My Program:
I am tracking what I eat and drink, trying to incorporate more activity and reading as many inspirational blogs, messages, articles that I can.
