I have a hard time with staying motivated and consistent. I'm going to change all that. It's time to re-start this cycle and stay on it this time!

My Goals:
I want to finally be in my appropriate weight range. I've never been in a healthy weight range and I think it's time to do so.

1/03/12- 255lbs Starting weight
1/10/12- 251.5lbs Down 3.5lbs!
1/17/12- 247lbs Down 4.5lbs!

My Program:
I exercise 6 times a week, for at least 25mins.
I drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I maintain a caloric intake of 1200-1400 calories a day.
I minimize the drinking to one alcoholic beverage on the weekend and two for special occasions.



Personal Information:
I moved from Lancaster, CA to Yucaipa, CA, only about 2 hours apart but still a great change. I'm still meeting people, I don't have many friends since I've moved out here. I have a wonderful man in my life and we are moving to Kansas in the Fall so I can attend school at Kansas State University.


Other Information:
I love meeting new people and I enjoy doing a lot of different things. I would be to be more active in my community.
