My goal is regain my lowest weight from a few months ago. I got a little (lot) sick and all the meds and lifestyle change took its toll. According to my fitbit tracker I should be back at March weight by the end of August.... Then things should get really interesting as I start a new 30lb reduction march to get to 100lbs total lost!!!!!
I have gotten my daily caloric intake manageable. Took a great deal of time. I am eating 1600 calories on sedentary days and as much as double of that on high activity days. My plan is to stay at least 1000 calories under output daily.
I live just north of the small Texas city of Houston. We apparently just were listed by Google Maps last month. Uncle earl was very excited!
I have the best job in the world, I tell stories. And my main hobby is almost even better, I officiate football and lacrosse.
