My Goals:
Gaining 20Lbs of muscle mass while trying to get my body cut.

My Program:
I program consists of 4 days of weight training. Usually about 45 minutes per session. On the 5th day I do my cardio.

Personal Information:
Hello Everyone, I am from Wilkes-Barre, PA. I grew up here pretty much my whole life with the exception of moving away for 8 years to gain experience in my career, which is an electrical engineer.

Other Information:
As far as other miscellaneous things about me, I am happly married with a daughter that is going to turn 2 years old. My daughter keeps me busy but when I am not chasing her, I enjoy motorcycling, bike riding, rolorblading, snow skiing, flying helicopters, movies, MUSIC, etc. I guess I could sum up myself as one that can't sit on his ass.
