Be consistent with my workouts - at least 3 times a week.
Train and run a 5K in the next year.
Continue to develop my yoga practice.
Eat whole, organic foods as much as possible. Go meatless on Mondays.
Cut back on red meat, pork and anything fried.
I am doing the T-Tapp workout program as my primary form of fitness. It's incredibly effective in reshaping the body and also strengthening the muscles. A plus, my back and neck pain are drastically diminished after consistently T-Tapping for a week.
I'm also doing yoga at least 1-2 times per week for extra stretching and to switch things up.
Planning on starting the SP 5K plan soon too. It's just so hot out this summer!
