As I feared would happen, I could only do it two days. My problem is staying motivated. Sunday is my day off. I will attempt it again on Monday, although I have a doctor's appointment. Maybe being up will motivate me to at least walk. Hopefully someone will reach out.
Well I started my cardio today. Just did 15 minutes. Will work up from there. My stationary bike used to track your heart rate, mileage, etc. but I think from disuse, the battery rusted out and now I cannot replace it, the cartridge is stuck. So I bought a watch that is supposed to do the same thing. Only now I think it is not working for the same reason. Oh well, I will work it out.
