As I feared would happen, I could only do it two days. My problem is staying motivated. Sunday is my day off. I will attempt it again on Monday, although I have a doctor's appointment. Maybe being up will motivate me to at least walk. Hopefully someone will reach out.

Well I started my cardio today. Just did 15 minutes. Will work up from there. My stationary bike used to track your heart rate, mileage, etc. but I think from disuse, the battery rusted out and now I cannot replace it, the cartridge is stuck. So I bought a watch that is supposed to do the same thing. Only now I think it is not working for the same reason. Oh well, I will work it out.

I am allergic to most fruits so I am trying to think of what I can substitute for those recommended servings. I think I will substitute vegetables.

Okay, I am going to try this again. I will start February 2,2015 which is next Monday. I have been walking off and on but now I am going to do it consistently, or at least try to. I am also going to get a buddy on here so that we can motivate each other to keep it up. I am kind of excited because I was able to enter my exercises into the Sparks Program and I am doing more than I first thought, (that is when I do it). I saw a program about the morbidly obese last night and that really made me realize that I had to get my weight uinder control. That and the fact that my health insurance has me on a new WellmessProgram so that I need to be more aware of my health inidcators., especially in light of the fact that I am gettihg older. I guess it has been so easy for me to not do it because I had been walking and it so cold outside now plus it snows off and on. But that is just an excuse. I have also put in an exercise for my stationary bike so for those days that I cannot walk outside, there is an alternative.
