Seeking Fitness

Stronger, faster, leaner . . . I can do this!

Not respecting the needs of a healthy system leads to increased weight, lower energy, lower productivity, and generally makes life harder. I value my life and have things that I want to do.

It is time to return to the central premise that with time and effort all things are possible. I am successful in other areas of my life, I WILL SUCCEED at becoming healthier by reducing the weight my system has to support.

Long term: get to and stay at a healthy weight, exact amount tbd, ask me when I'm closer

My Program:
Walk 30 minutes twice a day, 7 days a week.

Extra 40 minutes cardio 3 days a a week combined with strength training.

If I bite it, I write it.

Other Information:
Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Welcome to the UU group. Also live in the Pacific Northwest. And yes, some of the events at our church seem like they are amateur led (which they are).
