- weight loss & a six pack (not beer)! ha!
- to get more sleep!!



My Program:
- to run on my treadmill for 1 hour 3 x week
- to run outside 4 x week until the weather is better and change to 7x
- strength training 3-4 x week
- outdoor baseball, soccer, etc with my children.

i actually haven't been on here for a looong while either, until i saw your post on my page.....my husband is overseas again, so i'm having a hard time finding the motivation to go treadmilling in the meantime....congrats on the new baby!!!!! how fun! where are you gonna start with running? i considered signing up for a fall race, and maybe sparking will help motivate me too! thanks for the message!

so, i was thinking about it last night.....have you ever tried evening/night runs? i wonder which would be more difficult, early early morning or late evening.....maybe i'll try it out this week.
