Trail Runnin' Fool
I love to run the trails, but need to build up some speed by shedding 10-15lbs. Right now I can run all day, just too slowly for my taste. I'm just hooked on the outdoors and hit the gym on rainy days and to swim. Just did my first triathlon in Austin and did fairly well considering I didn't train as much as I should/could have. Loving riding my bike to work!!!

My Goals:
Shed about 15lbs to speed up the runs. Be ready for a spring 50k. Do one race/month of any kind to help motivate. Ride to work at least once/week.
Personal Information:
Raised in CA, lived all over the country and in Germany but home is now in the Dallas, TX area.
Other Information:
You can do anything you set your mind to. I help coach some friends in meeting their own (race)training goals, now i have to live up to my own advice.
