Getting control of my life, one pound at a time

My Goals:
Hmmm... my goals. Well, 1. I'd like to loose about 90 more lbs, 2. I'd like to be able to go on more adventures, 3. I'd like to be able to sit in places without belt trauma, 4. I want to wear a bathing suit to the beach, 5. I'd like to have kids someday & keep up with them, 6. I want to be healthier overall, 7. oh, & I want to feel sexy again.

My Program:
I've already lost about 40 lbs but I'm a long way from done. At the moment I am trying to eat healthier & exercise more. I started doing yoga at home, walking to & from work, sometimes on my lunch break. I scuba dive on the weekends. Just trying to be more active.

Personal Information:
I moved overseas and am loving life. I love traveling. I fly airplanes and gliders and enjoy every minute of it. I'm dating a wonderful guy who is encouraging me to be healthier.
