Flutter of Stars...

I made huge strides in my health journey in 2011 - I lost 40 pounds! 2012 was more of a rollercoaster - I mostly maintained my weight in the 160s, with some wobbles during life's ups and downs. I also went on an amazing trip to Europe, and completed C25K, and ran my first 5K in June 2012.

In the winter of 2012-2013, I began juggling a new relationship and a new job, and the combination of holiday-eating, love-eating, and stress-eating, and winter-exercise-slacking, was killer! ...

Thanks for the nice comments on my blog. Since I started following her recomendations on Wednesday I have showed a loss each day this week. I'm not sure why the higher fat ratio, I didn't question it when she wrote it on my plan. The second part of that fat goal is that it has to about 62 grams/ day and no more than 12 of saturated fat and no transfats. I'm not sure if that will help you.

Oh my. Today must be Dental Health Day. DD and I had check ups today too. She did well. No problems. Me . . . not so well! Need 2 crowns. It is never ending !! But it'll be over and done with before I know it.
