Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!

Welcome to the c25k team, Mary! Have you gotten to start you c25k? I'm ready to start week 7, but I've been slow about the program - I'm probably really in week 9! But I do love it, especially trail running.

It looks like you haven't been around for a while. I think it's SO neat that you're here and just joined the c25k team. Be encouraged, you can do it!
