2013 A whole new me!
My name is Sue, Im married to my best friend and we have 3 wonderful children. They are 2 girls and 1 boy each have their own minds but are each wonderful and unique! I spent 2012 realising where iv gone wrong and why im not there yet. I finally figured it out so 2012 was an awesome year for me. I'm a perfectionist and think only super natural people get everything they want. Well no they just do instead of planning and perfecting how its all gonna turn out! This year im going to live each and everyday and thats how im going to reach my goal weight, keep a clean home and fit lots of fun stuff in at the same time, baby steps. Yep everyday im doing a little of everything instead of a lot of nothing. 2013 goals is simple do something everyday to change my body and home simple!

My Goals:
So far i have lost and kept off 20lbs now i want to continue to lose weight and reach my new goal of 112lbs. Always remember im not behind im just getting started!
My Program:
- Exercise daily even if its just 10mins, - Eat within range for the most part, - Drink 8+ glasses of water a day, - Complete my flylady routines each day.
