Make sure most of your points are coming from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add protein to your breakfast like eggs and turkey bacon. I don't know what you have for snacks, but if you like cottage cheese, or yogurt....you can add fruit to them.

And if you are looking to increase over all protien whole grains have protein that really adds up on the tracker during the day, if you do what spark suggests and you look to eat those 3-5 of good carbs you will find the whole grains can add over 5 grams a serving. When you combine it with low fat dairy and lean protien (white meat chicken, turkey, fish, soy stuff) you can make that daily requirement or excceed it! Just a thought!
