My Goals:
My goals are simple i want to get down to about 180-200 pounds then turn what fat is left into muscle i would be fine if the 350 i weigh is muscle but its not
My Program:
to meet my goals im exercising everyday going for walks and watching what i eat and drink i have completely cut out sodas so far and quit eating fast food.

I'm from Tampa, Fl I'm 24 yrs old and weigh 350 pounds. I have always been the fat boy of my brothers and myself and im tired of it for yrs they teased me about being big but now its my turn they are both starting to gain weight and im going to lose mine so i can show them that they are not the only ones who can look good.
Other Information:
just a little about myself I am the "DARK ONE" of my family every family has one oddball and im it i like skulls and death stuff of that nature. my favorite movies are anything horror, The Hills Have Eyes is my favorite movie to date. My music preference is not set to one type i listen to it all rock country rap classic rock the older country such as George Jones, Loretta Lynn (My moms favorite), and Conway Twitty, etc.... as far as my style what you see is what you get i can be a fun loving guy who will do anything for you or the one guy you shouldn't have messed with.
