Thinner and LOVING IT!

Well it has been a VERY Busy Few Months! Let's see, I became a grandmother for the first time in June with Twin Grandbabies! Before that I broke my ankle in two places and basically sat in the recliner and ate for 2 months putting on more than 15 pounds! Depression set in and I had a decision to make: 1. It has been the easiest decision I made and once I started the HCG drops. before breakfast lunch and dinner! Eat the Dr. Simeons Diet and BOOM! Every Day, I lost a pound! YES THIS IS NO TYPO! My Goals:
Down 22 pounds since joining sparkpeople in September! This is wonderful for me because it has been a long time since i have been able to lose any weight since menopause..........didn't think it could happen, but I FEEL GREAT!!!! Want to lose another 30 but taking it inch by inch!!!

My Program:
walking 2.23 miles per day. riding my bike every day water aerobics 2x week and weight training 2x week!
eating 5 vegetable and fruits per day
drinking 8 glasses of water per day
logging in my food and excersise daily
sending at least 1 new email to sparkfriends
thought for the day thread

Personal Information:
years! 2 children, daughter married last year son will (probably) get married next year. 1 chocolate lab named Chloe is my walking motivator! Love life and living it to the FULLEST!

Other Information:
love golf,tennis, riding my bike, walking my chloe, spending time with hubby and friends.
enjoy my movie days with girlfriends. love sparkpeople and all my new sparkfriends. So blessed to have a Wonderful Life!
