I am just trying to be able to wear whatever I want! (And look great in it) I really would like to feel SEXY again! I am here because I know that support from online communities like these help out tremendously!
I am a results oriented person, so what works for me, however unrealistic it may be is to work out hard and long. I take the biggest looser show heart. I workout sometimes for 30-60 minutes, but on most days I will get in two workouts. This is not something I would recommend, but it works for me. I also use free weights or my Pilate's circle when I watch tv, I include strength training daily.
