Learning a Healthier Life

Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm 29 and bit freaked out about 30. I'm here because I want to lose the extra weight and be healthier for life. I yo yo diet all the time. I can lose 25 lbs and gain it all back the same year. I'm tired of that!

My hobbies are gardening, farming, outdoors, photography, drawing, swimming, crochet, sewing and much more.

My Goals:
I want to lose all the fat. 120 lbs should be about right! I started at about 148. I'm down to 136.8. I'm hoping to lose the weight by mid May and I'm well on my way!

My Program:
I eat about 1200 to 1500 calories a day and I go jogging three or four times a week. I also do strength excercises, cardio dance, Curves Circuit and yoga.

Personal Information:
I'm from Michigan. I live in NC now but only for part of the year.
