well done on dropping your pants!
My workouts going ok, I haven't started the p90x ones yet, i couldn't wuite pass the fitness test, so working on general strength first - lots of walking and free weight training!
I am away on travels for the fortnight of August, so planning on starting p90x when i get back, 20th August!!!
I will have to see how well you have done up until then! Thanks for the info about protein shakes. I keep within my guidelines for protein anyway, so that should be plenty then,
