New month, new start, new focus, new goals :)

5ft 10 starting weight - 71kg , 154pounds

I am sick of having to tuck my love handles in my jeans, I am sick of wobbling under my clothes - i want to wear the bikini, i want to wear the thin jumpsuits and the maxi skirts without looking massive, and i want to be confident. I do not want to be the fat sister. I will not be the fat sister.

1300 calories a day

no more crisps, chocolates, biscuits, sweets, fizzy drinks etc.

workout 20mins for 5 days a week

3 meals a day

Hi,

Yeah I have always been stuck in the high 140s.. Its soo hard for me to get past this number. I am so frustrated. I have gotten back on Sparkpeople after a long break and hoping that the site helps me to find the answer. :)

I'm also 147lbs (as of last weigh in!) and I'm 5ft 6. I tend to fit in size 6-8 tops but size 10-12 trousers and jeans (depending on the shop) - I'm working towards 9st 7 (so 133lbs) so I've only got a stone to go now - yay!

I've tried to work more on the calorie counter since coming back to Spark, but I tend to have toast and marmalade for breakfast, a tin of soup, yoghurt, Babybel Light cheeses and an apple for lunch, then dinner varies!

I'm trying to do the 30 Day Shred all the way through, but I've just had to have most of the last week off because I'm so busy at work! I'm a trainee teacher so I've had to get my evidence folder ready to hand in next week and I've been working every evening!

I see you're studying dietetics - I bet that's super interesting, especially when you're trying to lose weight yourself. It must be really hard to try and practice what you preach though!

Anyway, I'd love to keep in touch!

Hi!

I lost the bulk of the weight so far at school, where my routine was to hit the gym for 30 mins to an hour every single morning before class. I only did cardio. Tracking my food of course was also helpful. Home is much busier, however, so I just kinda hit the gym when I have time...so haven't lost any weight over the past few weeks..but hoping to get back into a routine ASAP!

Hey, you're back! I've been really on and off with it. I've kept off the same 1/2 stone I lost quite early on but I haven't been putting the real effort in lately.

I'm trying to get back on it properly from this week cos I still really wanna meet my goal or at least get halfway there soon.

Are you gonna have another go? Its never too late! x
