My Goals:
My goal is to be fit, firm, strong, and at a healthy weight for my height and age according to charts. Another goal is to feel lighter on my feet and body in general with the expectation that this will help decrease the pain I have from fibromyalgia. I would like for clothes shopping to be an easier and happier task to accomplish.
My Program:
I am keeping track of all foods and liquids consumed, I am participating in exercise classes a minimum of 3 times per week. I have also started walking with my husband for 40 minutes per night after dinner, and have started weight training 3 times per week.
Personal Information:
I am a Christian woman, originally from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. I have been in the States for 32 years. I travel a lot both for business and for pleasure. I play congas, bongos, and other percussion instruments for my non-denominational church.
Other Information:
I am 5'0 tall and weigh 150lbs. I really want to get my weight down to 120lbs or so. I believe this is may be a healthy and realistic weight.
