Ain't no mountain high enough!

I have been with SP since April 2007. I've reached my first goal losing 16Kg/35lbs on 17th August 2007. Since then I have been maintaining anything 2-5Kg/4-10lbs up my goal weight.
I have been on and off SP especially after reaching my goal but I know that I can't get away without using my nutrition and exercise trackers!
I am now back and trying to reach another goal, I don't mind so much about the actual weight number but I want to be leaner.
My main goal is to be healthy ...

Weekly schedule
3 x running
1 x Body combat
1 x Body pump
2 x Body balance

Eat healthy as weight loss is 80% food.
Cut down on carbs. (my downfall is pasta and bread!)

Hey there! I am just now getting caught up in SP and wanted to ask you about lentils and pasta. You mentioned that they don't go well together, why is that? I love lentils with farro and wheatberries, yum, but I know next to nothing about nutrtion beyond the 4 food groups so I'll defer to your wisdom.

Thanks dear! I lost a bit of ground but measured for the first time since May last week - pretty much the same! I'm fortunate to have a physically demanding job, which cuts me some slack. I'll definitely have to use that elliptical during the winter!
